Our Planned Maintenance Membership program is what truly distinguishes O'Brien Service Company from all other HVAC service providers. The membership program ensures that your system is serviced regularly and reduces or eliminates the cost of repairs and diagnostic fees. Members also receive priority service, meaning your service request is always answered first - before non-members.
Our program offers two service levels:
Gold @ Silver Price. As a Gold Club Member you are guaranteed service within 24 hours of request. Membership benefits include one free annual precision tune-up, free diagnostic service and all repairs listed in the Comfort Pricing Guide at no cost to you.

Silver As a Silver Club Member you are guaranteed service within 48 hours of request. Membership includes one free annual precision tune-up, a $54.95 diagnostic service fee on repair calls and a 20% discount on repairs listed in the Comfort Pricing Guide. $12.95 1st unit and $7.95 each additional unit
Since O'Brien Service Company installed my air conditioning system, I called them for a replacement. They were very quick to respond and replaced my unit in a very timely manner. As a result of this experience, I signed a yearly contract with the company to inspect my system and insure it was operating properly.
